What GAMSOL offers

GAMSOL is The Gambia's open and distance learning institution under the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education. It serves two distinct groups through structured programmes — formal pathways for school-age learners, and the Second Chance Programme for adults who left school early.
Formal pathway
For school-age learners
Open and distance learning from Lower Basic through Senior Secondary, plus TVET tracks. For learners aged 12+ who can't attend conventional school full-time.

Learners in remote areas
Communities with limited access to formal schools or TVET centres — reachable through the GAMSOL Moodle platform and regional centres.
